Key Responsibilities of the Transformation Specialist
- Data-Driven Transformation: Analyse and interpret data to support the firm’s transformation vision.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to partners and lawyers, guiding innovation in pitch responses, transactions, and client engagements.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Process & Technology Innovation: Implement process improvements, AI solutions, and digital technologies to enhance legal service delivery.
- New Ways of Working: Define and deploy innovative transaction workflows, including resource models and automation.
- Project Leadership: Manage complex transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring measurable impact.
- Value Creation & Engagement: Track benefits and promote transformation initiatives to drive firm-wide engagement.
- Collaboration & Client Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and clients, identifying opportunities to commercialise AI and digital solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, legal technology, and transformation methodologies, applying them to enhance business operations.
Skills & Attributes of the Transformation Specialist
- Proven track record of delivering business transformation and client service improvement projects within a professional services environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end projects with demonstrable business impact.
- Strong consulting, strategic thinking, and organisational transformation skills.
- Ability to drive innovation through problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
