About the role:
An independent juice bar & healthy eatery is looking for a Multi-Site / Area Manager to oversee two London locations. This role involves leading FOH teams, ensuring high service standards, and driving sales while maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, training & developing FOH teams
- Managing store performance (sales, labour, wastage)
- Overseeing stock levels, suppliers & delivery partners
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety & cash handling procedures
- Handling B2B relationships & customer service excellence
About you:
- A motivated, hands-on leader
- 2+ years of multi-site food & beverage management experience
- Strong leadership & organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Good financial literacy and attention to detail
