Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager

  • Oversee and manage multiple locations within your designated area.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring high-quality, efficient and outstanding customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of delivery drivers and restaurant staff.
  • Implement strategies to maximize sales, improve profitability, and achieve targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Uphold and promote our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all locations.
