Our client is a well-regarded, award-winning estate agency group and currently has a rare, exciting and challenging opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to run a group of profitable offices in North Surrey.
They are currently looking to recruit an Area Manager to manage a group of 5-6 branches and head up the key senior area partnerships within sales, lettings, new homes, and heads of discipline.
To be considered for this important role, it is essential that you have multi-branch experience, and that you are currently in such a role. If you have strong leadership and business development skills, along with the ability to recruit and motivate a team of high achievers, this may be the role for you!
Key focus objectives:
- Drive market share
- Continue to grow average fee
- Support mortgage referrals
- Drive partnership referrals incorporating sales, lettings and new homes
- Support conversion on conveyancing
- Increase average profit per branch.
This exceptional career opportunity comes with a highly competitive package that will depend upon the level and experience of the individual, but will include an attractive basic salary, quarterly profit share, and performance-related earnings in the region of 90,000 to 120,000. A fully expensed BMW or a generous car allowance, along with other benefits expected in such a senior role will also be provided.
