About You?
- Wet led/Cocktail oriented background is ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience as an AGM/GM is a MUST for this role
- Strong product knowledge is preferred but a passion to learn is essential
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue supporting the General Manager
- Experience leading a team and ensuring there is a positive culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Must meet the business targets by creating structured plans with the management team
- Passion for delivering a great guest experience
