WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?
- Oversee day to day operations for the Restaurant including rotas, stock management, cost control and drinks menu development
- Work with the General Manager to develop and implement growth strategies
- Recruit, onboard and train managers supervisors and FOH staff
- Evaluate performance and productivity and PnL mgmt.
