We are currently looking to replace our assistant manager who is going on to be a GM at another site in Hackney.
He was with us for 10 years. Going from barman to assistant manger to GM at our ex-sister site, The Crooked Billet in Clapton (we sold it last year) He came back to work for us assistant manager until he found the right job.
Requirements;
- At least 2 years experience either in another foodie pub or a fast paced restaurant.
- Cellar management
- A good knowledge of wine
- Customer service
- A love of food are all key elements we are looking for in the ideal candidate but above all else we need someone who is passionate about service and has a real love of customers - ours are great.
