What will you get up to?
- Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager and other Assistant Venue Manager to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Effectively manage and inspire team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that align with our company values and behaviours, where we care and challenge every day.
- Ensure first in class customer service, addressing concerns, and enhancing overall satisfaction and elevating the product offering.
