Join a beautiful gastropub group in central London specialising in Modern British cuisine with a "Farm to Fork" ethos. Part of a small group of five gastropubs, this venue offers casual fine dining with fine wines, cocktails, and up to 60 covers per service.
Were seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee daily operations, manage guest expectations, train and develop staff, and ensure high standards in food and drink service.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.
- Managing guest expectations and delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Maintaining high standards in food and drink service.
- Supporting the GM in financial performance, stock management, and operational goals.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in gastropubs or casual fine dining.
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and exceptional service.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Eager to grow within a dynamic company.
- Someone with a WSET 2 would be highly advantageous!
