To assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of operations at,
a premier London nightclub, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, effective team management,
and the delivery of the venues high standards. The AGM will play a pivotal role in maintaining clubposition as one of Londons leading nightlife destinations, focusing on operational efficiency
and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management;
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing nightly operations, ensuring seamless service across all areas of the club, including the bar, VIP sections, and entertainment areas.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutoryrequirements to uphold the venues premium reputation.
  • Manage capacity, guest flow, and queuing systems to deliver an exceptional guest experience whileadhering to safety guidelines.

Staff Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, including bar staff, floor staff, andsecurity personnel, ensuring exceptional service is consistently delivered.
  • Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of new team members, maintaining a focus on high service standards and attention to detail.
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate priorities, promotions, and VIP bookings.
  • Prepare and manage rotas, ensuring adequate staff coverage and addressing any last-minute changes effectively.
Guest Relations;
  • Act as a visible and approachable leader during operating hours, engaging withguests and resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Manage VIP bookings, ensuring personalised service for high-profile guests to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Actively seek guest feedback and use it to implement service improvements that maintain the venues reputation for excellence.Financial Performance.
  • Support the General Manager in achieving revenue targets and profitability through effective cost control, upselling strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in managing budgets, controlling stock levels, and building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure value for money.
  • Oversee cash handling and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Marketing and Events:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-impact promotional campaigns,themed events, and exclusive nights.
  • Coordinate entertainment, including DJs and performers, ensuring a seamless connection betweenoperations and the guest experience.
  • Monitor London nightlife trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovationand growth.
Administration and Reporting:
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, staff productivity,and customer feedback.
  • Support payroll management, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and maintainaccurate records.
  • Ensure all operational documents, including licences, safety inspections, and reports, are accurate and up to date.
