Based in central London, we are looking for a young and ambitiousAssistant General Managerthat will be part of this successful Gastropub company group - understanding of managing a fast-paced environment, guest expectations, hiring & training, and good food and drink. You will be part of a small but lovely team whilst working directly with the GM and sometimes with the owners with possibility to progress and rotate in their other establishments.
