Up to 90,000 per annum, plus car / allowance, performance bonus, pension, medical etc..
Are you looking for a step-up in your career in a role in which you will manage, organise and grow a successful team of BEMS Engineers?
Our customer, a business with a 40-year history in facilities, fire, security and building management systems, have a strong pipeline of building management systems installation and upgrade work within their existing customer base. They have opened a new leadership position, a BMS Divisional Manager, to manage the current team of 10, with a view to scaling up to 25-30 in the next 5 years. With long-term, multi-site customer relationships within the hospitality, healthcare, education and sports industry, the BMS team manager will take a critical role in providing the highest level of service delivery and support to their customers on high-profile, multi-million projects.
With deep knowledge of the BMS industry and systems (Trend, Tridium etc) you may already have experience in leading a team before as a BMS team manager / leader, or come from a BMS Project Management / Contracts Management background. You will relish taking ownership, possess strong leadership skills and will be comfortable in managing customer relationships.
The company has ambitions to grow the turnover of the BEMS division from circa 2m to 4m+ in the next 5 years. With current customer demand, this is highly realistic, although there will be significant challenges in scaling the team and implementing processes to ensure high standards of quality are maintained. The BEMS Manager will be accountable for hitting these targets, with performance bonuses awarded for hitting milestones on the way. Full support will be given to the BEMS Manager from the Board of Directors, with generous budgets to expand, with a mixture of training homegrown talent and attracting experienced external hires to join the team.
The company has a brand-new office in Surrey with onsite training facilities (for internal staff and customer use), and a customer base concentrated within the M25. The BMS Divisional Manager can expect to split their time between office, customer site and home-based working.
