Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week / No regular overtime

Role & Responsibilities:
* Understand the need for change and act as a champion to convince others to reject the status quo and embrace new ways of working.
* Assess and increase organisational readiness for change, ensuring teams are prepared and supported through the transition.
* Manage the scope and speed of change, breaking down large initiatives into manageable phases to avoid overwhelming teams.
* Communicate change management plans effectively, ensuring clarity and consistency to build commitment and reduce resistance.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver sustainable benefits.

Qualifications/Experience Required: KEY MUST HAVES
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in change management within a highly regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, finance, healthcare, or utilities).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading or supporting large-scale organisational change projects.
* Strong understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
* Formal change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

UK National Security Vetting Status: SC (Security Clearance) required / able to pass
