Rate: £450 - £500 per day (Interim / Umbrella)

A highly reputable Local Authority in the Home Counties is seeking a Committees and Elections Group Manager to join the team on an interim basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team on a full-time basis. It is a hybrid working position with working from home available.

The Committees and Elections Group Manager role:

  • Line management and supervision of the committee and elections teams
  • Operational management of the committee and election teams and support on strategic management
  • To mentor and support the Committee & Electoral Services Managers

About You

  • Significant experience in democratic services at a senior level
  • Experience in managing committee and election teams
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support the Committee & Electoral Services Manager as well as taking the lead on implementing good practice
