Executive Team Assistant - Immediate Start

Location: Farringdon (Hybrid - 3/4 days in office)
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Temporary Role - 3 months

Are you an experienced Diary Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the CEO of a dynamic business. This is a critical role where you'll work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless diary management and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Real-time diary management - scheduling, updating, and coordinating meetings
  • Managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicating effectively with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring accuracy in all scheduling and meeting preparations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Diary management experience, including meeting coordination and preparation
  • Strong communicator - able to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Experience managing high-level executives' schedules
