- To work closely with the company owner and leadership team to support the overall running of the venue.
- A specific focus on growth and retention of customers.
- To manage and motivate the onsite team, manage the operations, drive the sales, deliver first class customer experience and oversee the marketing/social media.
- You will also work with central and external stakeholder departments and organisations, including the company’s UK and Europe Head Office team.
- To deliver 8-10 hours of various classes per week (children 10months to 12 years old).
- Have experience managing the operations of a single-venue site.
- Ideally have experience in gymnastics, or a similar sport such as dance, acrobatics or parkour, and have proven experience in a management role.
- Share a passion for supporting both children and staff and their development.
- Bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.
- Have strong communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday with occasional support for weekend operations as required.
