The Role:
As Junior General Manager, you will take on significant responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of one of our restaurants. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier guest and staff experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership:Support all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining service quality and efficiency in a lively setting.
  • Guest Satisfaction:Uphold a guest-first approach, quickly addressing issues and gathering feedback to drive satisfaction.
  • Team Development:Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, assisting with recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Financial Management:Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards, providing a safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Collaborative Growth:Work with the Business Development Manager on revenue-enhancing initiatives like promotions, guest engagement, and events.
