We are currently working with a growing but well established M&E Contractor with a group turnover of 80m who are major players in the commercial, life sciences and healthcare sectors across the UK and Ireland who are looking for an M&E Project Manager for their London business unit.

You will be tasked with overseeing the delivery of high value M&E packages from early preconstruction phases all the way through to handover. You will initially be tasked with leading a 27m (M&E value) commercial building in Holborn with the view to progress into a more operational level role afterwards, giving you the opportunity to manage large scale healthcare and commercial schemes for clients including McLaren, John Sisk, McLaughlin & Harvey and Kier.

The company in question have a large order book of interesting projects and are attracting experienced staff from larger contractors due to their established reputation.
