Hyperion Partners is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client, a leading student accommodation provider, for a highly capable and dynamic Multi-Site General Manager. This pivotal role is based in London and involves overseeing the operations, management, and strategic development of multiple student accommodation sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of multiple student accommodation sites across London.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and profitability of the sites.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of residents promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the maintenance and facilities management, ensuring all properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, university partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a general management role, preferably within the property management or student accommodation sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and property management best practices.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
