What you’ll do as Operations Director:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency and performance through process development and implementation
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee human resource activities such as hiring.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing, sales, product teams and fraud etc.
Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively to optimise operational performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency industry
Stay current on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations
Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

We’re looking for an Operations Director with:

Experience in Crypto or gaming operations, with experience with organisational procedures (beneficial).
Experience working on risk related products, including leading high performing teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory requirements in the crypto industry.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used for operations management.
A degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
