Operations Director

We are currently hiring for an Operations Director in London, working for a fast growing property business. In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring the flex workspace properties in London are all working efficiently, effectively, profitably and with a team that are focused on delivering real service excellence.

You will need to be a strong leader with a background in multi-site operations and with a proven track record in delivering world-class customer experience, together with bringing very strong commercial experience to support income generation, customer renewals, event income, increased footfall and slick operational efficiencies.

The role:

  • Lead, develop, and manage management teams across multiple workspace locations, ensuring the company standards in respect of building readiness, client experience, and commercial performance.
  • London based role, visiting sites across West End and the City each day.
  • Work closely with the wider stakeholders teams Sales, Technology, CX, and HRto ensure key deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Drive occupancy, client retention, and workstation sales, through the delivery of truly exceptional client experiences.
  • Own the regular forecastingprocesses with your teams and take accountability for the accuracy of the information.
  • Actively drive new and existing businessopportunities, working closely with the Sales Team to maximise revenue streams.
  • Ensure teams are skilled in client viewings, and that there is a well understood discipline of recording all client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity, making commercial, service, and amenity-based recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Own and deliver against the ancillary revenue targets across products such as LicenseFees, Meeting Rooms, Co-Working Memberships, Virtual Offices, and IT services.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior management role in a fast-paced, multi-site, operational businesswith a clear focus on delivering outstand customer experience, ideally from Property or Hospitality based industries.
  • Extensive experience managing, coaching, and developing teamsin client facing service led environments.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strong commercial awarenessand willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills to drive business performance and revenue growth.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a hunger for success.
