PA/Team Assistant - Accountancy Salary: 35, 000 - 38,000

Based Bank, City of London

4 or 5 days per week - including 1 days working from home.

A growing accountancy firm is looking for a PA/Team Assistant to be based in their London office near Bank. The role will be supporting tax partners and fee earners with a range of administrative support, including document preparation, billing and invoicing support, maintaining files and arranging travel. Looking for a PA/Team Assistant with experience in ideally using CCH systems, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the tax team's operations. The role will be supporting a team of 20 including 5 Partners.

Key Responsibilities as a PA/Team Assistant:

  • Provide admin support to multiple colleagues including calendar management, client on boarding, travel & meeting coordination and document preparation
  • Prepare, proofread, format and distribute documents such as proposals, reports and other correspondence following company standards. Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems ensuring confidentiality & compliance
  • Act as a liaison between clients and colleagues, building strong relationships, helping to on board them, managing communications, scheduling meetings and maintaining up to date client records. Perform background checks, produce engagement letters & set clients up on relevant systems
  • Assist with the preparation of client invoices & billing operations
  • Coordinate with internal depts to streamline work flows & improve efficiency, providing support to other teams where required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar dynamic role/environment
  • Experience of using in CCH systems highly advantageous
  • Experience of working in professional services, finance or legal
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft skills
  • A positive attitude, demonstrate a willingness to assist and showcase strong organisational skills
  • Proactive initiative, collaborative spirit and impeccable attention to detail
