The Regional Director responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in London
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide training, and ensure excellent product presentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture

The ideal Regional Director Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the drinks industry or FMCG sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  • Knowledge of the South of England market, with established relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors being a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the region
