Senior Business Executive Manager - Temporary

IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED

£31.98 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Hybrid working, 1-2 days London office based

We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Business Support Manager to work on a temporary basis initially for 3 months initially with potential to extend or be considered for the permanent role. The EA will have a broad reach and support the CEO, along with supporting with the coordinator of business-critical projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full EA support to the CEO (diary and inbox management)
  • Oversee the active and efficient management of the CEO’s office, including all correspondence, diary planning, scheduling calls and appointments, organising meeting rooms and accountability for all briefings, preparations and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take minutes as necessary.
  • Follow up and total ownership on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist the CEO and wider Leadership team in decision-making by gathering relevant information Governance support - full secretarial support for the board meetings and committees, and managing the implementation of the organisational governance plan
  • Light touch coordination and project management.
  • Role will include minute taking, diary management, keeping the project plans up to date and helping draft communications for stakeholders
  • Support on wider cross organisational initiatives such as internal comms coordination.

Experience required:

  • Extensive experience of providing executive support to a CEO / Senior Executives
  • Extensive experience of providing board support and minute taking
  • Experience of stakeholder and organisational relationship management (Internal and external)
  • Experience of working within a challenging and high-pressure environment)
