I am happy to be working with an amazing campaigning organisation in search of a temporary Team Administrator. This is an immediate start London based role, providing cover for 2 weeks. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the team. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating meetings, updating systems, and assisting with events to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office management, supplier coordination, and budget tracking.
Maintain and improve team systems, processes, and internal guides.
Manage inbox queries, process merchandise orders, and support promotional material requests.
Provide administrative support, including booking travel, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking.
Develop supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective services.
Assist in organising team events and major initiatives such as Living Wage Week.

About You:
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and able to take initiative in administrative tasks.
Skilled in diary management, meeting coordination, and office processes.
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
