We are seeking a highly organised team assistant with great attention to detail to support multiple teams within our rapidly growing fine jewellery business. You should be well-presented and have a good understanding of the luxury jewellery sector.

The ideal candidate will be positive in character and highly proactive. They will be detail oriented, organised, and able to collaborate effectively with the wider team. Youwill be proficiency in using Excel, the Microsoft Office Suite, and Mac OS is required. Experience with Shopify and Photoshop is a plus. While jewellery experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Dutieswill include

  • Support the Founder with day-to-day tasks, including diary management and liaising with various areas of the business to ensure execution of the critical path for the year.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to help the business achieve its objectives as outlined in the companys critical path
  • Book, organize, and arrange shipping and couriers both nationally and internationally using DHL, FedEx etc.
  • Manage expense reporting and holiday requests. - Handle carnet documentation. - Monitor stock levels for packaging and office supplies.
  • Resize and upload new products to Shopify, writing product descriptions with input from the copywriter to ensure adherence to the brand's tone of voice.
  • Monitor the website for discrepancies and out-of-stock items.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes. - Manage logistics related to stock cataloguing, including photography and video.
  • Organize cut-out imagery based on company guidelines, including receiving, resizing, and filing.
  • Oversee general stock management.
  • Report to the Head of Client Experience. - Set up the showroom for client and buying appointments. - Assist in showroom appointments and stand in for the Head of Client Experience when needed.
  • Pack and ship customer orders.
  • Provide support for UK-based trunk shows.
