An exciting temporary opportunity for a Team Assistant working for the worlds second largest drinks distributor has arisen. Looking for an immediately available Team Assistant with experience supporting at Director level and their reporting members of staff.

Main duties:

  • Team Assistant support to 3 Managing Directors and their teams
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Creation and receipt of purchase orders
  • Tracking purchase orders
  • Expenses
  • Onboarding of new starters

Experience required:

  • Experience of creating, receipting and tracking of purchase orders
  • Ideally experience using an ERP for Purchase Orders - (SAP, JDE, Basware, Eazybuy)
  • Diary and travel management
  • Budget tracking
  • Expenses - ideally experience of SAP Concur
  • Confident with excel
