Team Assistant – Design – West London: £35 – 40,000

The Team Assistant will play a crucial role in the daily operations and organisation of the team, working closely with Directors, Project Managers, and Designers in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ideas-led studio environment. This prestigious company spans multiple sectors and works with businesses of varying size, across all areas of design work. They are a team of 80 people plus freelancers, with a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the studio – West London).  

You will be integral to the running of the team and will be able to proactively step in when needed, offering both strategic support and hands-on assistance including:

•   PA duties such as overseeing diaries, schedules, and meetings

•   Facilitating daily operations for the design team, ensuring effective communication, onboarding new joiners

•   Preparing client presentations, assisting with new business inquiries, and conducting research on potential opportunities

•   Assisting with broader projects, including talks, special projects, presentations and publications

•   Planning and organising internal team-building activities, to foster a positive and collaborative team environment

This is an exciting role for someone with previous experience as a Team Assistant or Project Manager, ideally within a design / creative industry.

£35 – 40,000, hybrid working, lunches provided
