A London-based Facilities/Cleaning business is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and develop client relationships.
The role requires experience in Facilities or Cleaning services, as well as business development or account management in client-facing positions.
The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring service excellence and managing subcontractors during client visits.
The position offers a basic salary of £40,000 plus a yearly bonus.
Candidates should ideally have several years of relevant experience in the industry.

Your new companyI have partnered upwith a London-based Facilities/Cleaning business to recruit for an AccountManager. They have long-standing relationships with Building Management, RealEstate and Development companies and utilise these to win contracts for theirservices.Your new roleAs an Account Manager,you will be the main point of contact for existing clients of the business andit will be your responsibility to develop and maintain relationships throughface to face meetings and upselling services.Ideally you will haveexperience in:

Experience within Facilities or Cleaning service positions
Business Development / Account Management experience within client facing positions.
Taking ownership of sites or patches to ensure service excellence
Managing subcontractors and service standards on client visits
