Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team in Stratford, East London. This full-time position offers a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing as Assistant Facilities Manager?

· Supporting the day-to-day management of the property alongside the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager

· Conducting daily inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety

· Coordinating minor technical and mechanical work, and maintaining compliance reports

· Working with maintenance teams to manage inventory and order supplies

· Assisting with Health & Safety inductions for contractors and overseeing service requests documentation

· Monitoring grounds, common areas, and amenities to maintain high standards

· Responding to customer inquiries and managing maintenance-related complaints

· Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, KPIs, and health & safety standards

What experience are we looking for in an Assistant Facilities Manager?

· Facilities Management experience in a residential or hospitality context

· Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices

· Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CAFM systems)

· Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC and maintenance procedures

· Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness and service standards

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage budgets effectively
