Building Manager - London W14 - Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm - c£40k
We’re working with a long established and highly reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors who manage high end blocks and estates across London and the inner M25.
On one of their sites, a 190 unit estate in Prime West London, they now require a Building Manager URGENTLY as follows:
- Victorian Mansion Block close to Olympia comprising 190 units spread across several blocks
- Mon-Fri permanent role, working 8am to 5pm with no weekends, nights or overtime required
- The Building Manager will have an office on site although the focus of the role is being visible - inspecting, supervising site staff/contractors and liaising with residents.
- Excellent customer service skills essential, as is professional presentation and good spoken English
- Good IT skills preferred
- You will report back to the Property Manager as required
- This is an URGENT position which our client is looking to appoint for THIS SIDE OF CHRISTMAS
The successful Building Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £40k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
