We are currently looking for a Building Manager. You will be working in Lambeth/South London. 2 days in the office (Monday & Tuesday), 1 day at home and 2 days onsite at their schemes a total of 16 schemes

Monday - Friday

09:00am - 17:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £20.43ph paye or £25.83ph umbrella

Job Purpose

The role of Building Manager has been created to enhance our ability to deliver an outstanding service to customers in managing communal spaces and estates. You will collaborate closely with the relevant housing officer on each scheme, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our buildings and spaces cater to the needs of our residents and local communities

Main Duties

  • Work in tandem with the relevant housing officer to deliver exceptional service to residents.
  • Ensure communal areas and estates are wellmaintained and aligned with residents' expectations.
  • Be accountable to residents, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and service charges are fair and transparent.
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a good knowledge of buildings and service charges.
