Sonic Summary

We are currently seeking a Building Manager to work in Lambeth/South London.
This position requires 2 days in the office, 1 day at home, and 2 days onsite across 16 schemes, with working hours from 09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The role is a temporary contract with an ongoing pay rate of £20.43 per hour PAYE or £25.83 per hour umbrella.
The Building Manager will collaborate with housing officers to ensure communal areas are well-maintained and meet residents' expectations.
Candidates should have relevant experience in building management and customer service.

Job Purpose

The role of Building Manager has been created to enhance our ability to deliver an outstanding service to customers in managing communal spaces and estates. You will collaborate closely with the relevant housing officer on each scheme, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our buildings and spaces cater to the needs of our residents and local communities

Main Duties

Work in tandem with the relevant housing officer to deliver exceptional service to residents.
Ensure communal areas and estates are wellmaintained and aligned with residents' expectations.
Be accountable to residents, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and service charges are fair and transparent.
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a good knowledge of buildings and service charges.
