Based in the heart of Euston, they are situated within 152,000 square foot modern office blocks and also have conference suites and a listed building along with having Landlord responsibility for 4 residential blocks and a single commercial unit.Your new roleAs the Building Services Manager, you will manage and deliver on a range of M&E Projects from inception to completion, including full technical review and overall project delivery via strong contract management skills. Day to day, you will oversee various M&E contracts and act as a technical advisor for the in-term contractor. The ideal candidate would be proactive by completing regular pre- / post-inspections along with offering technical solutions for work to be completed. As a valued member of the team, you will be heavily involved in any tenders and would be expected to provide your expertise during any evaluation and appointment of a contractor. What you'll need to succeedYou will need a background in M&E Project Management and Contract Management, ideally within a Public Sector organisation. You must have technical knowledge and understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical engineering and hold industry-related qualifications at a minimum level of HND/HNC or Beng. The successful candidate must be able to work 5 days a week in the office and the occasional Saturday for works/projects. What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of £51,067 to £54,055 plus £6,894 London Allowance. The package offered includes an Employers pension contribution currently at 27.7% with a personal contribution of 10.3% (via salary sacrifice), 32 days annual leave; 11 days of statutory holidays and an opportunity to use a season ticket loan scheme.
