Our Client is a major London based Fitout Main Contractor. This role exists within their Special Projects Division. This is an exciting an interesting part of the company which is concerned with a wide variety of fast-moving, mostly central London Projects.
This position would suit someone who doesn't like to get bogged down on big slow projects and enjoys working on all sorts of different building types. Typical projects range between about £350K and £2m in value and generally run for 1 to 4 months on site.
This company are looking for an M&E Building Services Manager (either Mechanical or Electrically biased, but you must have knowledge of both disciplines) from a fitout contractor background. This role is usually referred to as a Technical Services Manager (TSM) position.
Previous M&E Management Installation management experience on fit out projects with a fitout contractor is essential.
Our client needs someone client focused and very good technically, who is good at getting the best out of subcontractors and specialists on sites and who can build good relationships.
