Business Administrator - Client Direct - Trophy Building - London Bridge - £48k + Package

Are you an experienced Administrator with a wealth of knowledge in the Facilities Management/ Property industry?

Would you like the opportunity to work directly for the client on one of London’s most iconic commercial developments, close to London Bridge Station?

A fantastic client of mine is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join their team where you will take the lead in supporting the FM team with the management of all administration and operational duties including a comprehensive set of documents and systems that enable a seamless service to run continuously.

Duties:

  • Develop, monitor, maintain and periodically audit a shared electronic filing system framework
  • Create and implement document control procedures
  • Reporting on operational efficiency through the review and implementation of trackers
  • Support and contribute towards the wider FM team’s commitment to ISO9001 and ISO14001
  • Create and maintain training guides inclusive of induction programmes
  • Manage general enquiries
  • Manage meeting room calendars, equipment and guest requirements
  • Attend meetings and minute as required
  • Monitor stationary and other general office requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
