- Liaise with the accountant and internal teams regarding expenses and budget tracking
- Handle founder’s personal and professional admin, including travel, diary and inbox
- Oversee HR-related tasks – contracts, onboarding, holiday tracking and processes
- Track and streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate product logistics in and out of the showroom
- Assist with preparing investor reports and developing internal templates
- Be present and proactive around events, both internal and client-facing
- Maintain an upbeat, can-do energy that supports the wider team and business
