Are you an experienced Business Services professional with a passion for managing diverse client portfolios and leading teams? This well-established firm in Victoria, London, is looking for a Business Services Manager to join their team and help drive continued success in delivering top-tier bookkeeping, management accounts, and outsourcing services.

About the Firm:

With a total headcount of 25 and a client base of SMEs and OMBs across various sectors, this firm is committed to providing high-quality services while fostering a supportive and professional working environment. The team is dynamic, offering ACA training and ACCA study support, and uses cutting-edge tools like Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Iris, and the HAT program for audit.

The Role:

As a Business Services Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns
  • Lead and mentor a team, managing work flow and reviewing work
  • Be hands-on with management accounts preparation and client advisory work.
  • Work closely with directors and senior management to drive client success and growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in UK bookkeeping/management accounts, with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Qualifications: QBE/ACCA/CA/ACCA and study support available for further development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and familiarity with accounts software Iris. Experience with group consolidations is a plus.
  • Mindset: A hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service to clients.
