We are seeking a Centre Manager for a luxury, modern, commercial office building located in London's vibrant West End. This role may suit someone currently working as a Corporate Receptionist, Concierge, Building Manager or Duty Manager for a commercial or residential building.

Role Overview:

Sitting Front of House as the Centre Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all visitors to the building, fostering strong relationships with tenants while ensuring smooth building operations and security.

Responsibilities of the Centre Manager:

  • Welcome and build rapport with tenants daily upon their arrival.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and security of the building, delivering a premium experience for all tenants and visitors.
  • Greet and direct all visitors to the appropriate floors.
  • Manage a high volume of daily deliveries.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and promptly address any issues.
  • Report building issues or maintenance requests to operations.
  • Assist with small event management.

The ideal Centre Manager will:

  • Have previous experience in Front of House roles such as Centre Manager, Corporate Receptionist, Duty Manager, Building Manager or Concierge within a large commercial or residential setting.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
