To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Legally/Professional Services Experience.
- Ideally Change Management qualifications E.g. PROSCI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Design and deliver change management plans that align with the programme deliverables.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Assit thedevelopment and delivery of training tailored to equip people with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.
- Work with the business analysis team to conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on different teams and roles.
- Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or resistance.
