Role Description:
We are thrilled to be networking for an exciting opportunity to join the Team of one of our clients as Operations Manager based in London. Our client is a dynamic and growing company providing commercial cleaning service excellence to businesses across London and the South. As Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients ensuring seamless service delivery across the portfolio. The ideal Operations Manager will have previous experience in a similar role or environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, support and manage an operational Team. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to address client needs and ensure satisfaction

Oversee the delivery of cleaning and support services across a small portfolio of prestigious contracts in London

Lead and manage operational personnel, providing guidance, support and training to ensure consistent service excellence

Act as a hands-on leader, providing guidance and support to the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Lead day to day running of the largest contract within the city portfolio

Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

Develop and implement action plans to address client feedback and improve service delivery

Manage staffing levels, scheduling and recruitment to meet the demands of the contracts

Prepare reports and updates for both clients and senior management

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support service delivery and operational efficiency
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, or a similar role, ideally within the commercial cleaning sector

A Levels or equivalent

Account management, one year preferred

Contract management, one year preferred

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to manage high-profile client relationships

A proactive and hands-on attitude, with exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to work at all levels to ensure service excellence

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety systems and compliance requirements

Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
