We are currently working with a prominent company in the rail industry, and we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join their team in the London / Kent area.


As a Rail Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations across the rail network in the London and Kent areas. You will lead a dedicated team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning processes meet the high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality expected within the rail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of cleaning operatives within the rail network
  • Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out efficiently, in line with safety and quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Manage cleaning schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for staff
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and rail authorities, to ensure excellent service delivery

Key Requirements:
