Hyde is looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor. Internally you will be known as an Estate Services Supervisor.

Supervise and manage Hyde’s Estate Services teams to deliver a responsive and high-quality service to residents. Ensure operational excellence across cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance functions, while maintaining compliance with Health and Safety regulations and delivering value for money for service charge payers.

Duties of an Estate Services Supervisor:
  • Supervise Estate Services teams to ensure consistent delivery of high standards across cleaning, caretaking, and ground maintenance.
  • Take operational responsibility for staff management, training, and deployment during core working hours.
  • Respond promptly to resident queries and complaints, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including fire safety and COSHH standards.
  • Conduct regular estate inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and security across communal areas.
  • Liaise with contractors and local authorities to resolve communal repairs and ensure timely delivery of services.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in estate or facilities management, including staff supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH and fire safety.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve resident queries effectively.
  • Competent in using MS Office packages and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coach teams, and deliver KPIs.
