At Sapphire Independent Housing we are on an exciting journey. We have grown the business, expanded and diversified so that we can deliver much needed accommodation and services in London and Hertsmere. We are seeking a Compliance, Repairs and Maintenance Manager to lead our in-house compliance and maintenance team, as well as managing all contracts in relation to facilities, responsive repairs, health and safety and planned maintenance.
You will ensure residents remain at the heart of the service and that our contracts and partners deliver the level of service residents expect. You will also ensure overall compliance with all legislation and regulatory requirements in terms of Health and Safety and Maintenance.
