Panoramic Associates are currently working with a Housing Association in Central London in the appointment for a Contract Officer to join the team on a 6-month contract, supporting the management of asset compliance services. You'll help ensure our assets meet regulations while contributing to customer safety and value for money. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office per week (increasing to 3 days in January 2025). Occasional travel may be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contract Manager with overseeing asset compliance contracts.
  • Resolve queries and complaints from contractors, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Organise and manage contract review meetings, focusing on financial and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Housing Association.
  • Knowledge of district heating/heat networks, gas compliance, and tariffs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, tenants, and internal teams.
  • Experience in asset compliance and analyzing management data to drive improvements.
