Join a leading Broadcast and Media Services business and support the Ops and Facilities Management of a key Data Centre!You will be responsible for managing daily operations and your core tasks will include:

  1. Health & Safety (H&S) and Physical Access Management:

    • Conduct site inductions, maintain safety standards, inspect equipment, manage visitor access, and support audits.
  2. Logistics Management:

    • Handle equipment storage, dispatch, and disposal. Manage the intake and removal of IT equipment.
  3. Data Centre Operations Management:

    • Conduct daily inspections, resolve issues, monitor M&E infrastructure, review risk assessments, and be available for callouts during system failures.
  4. Capacity Inventory Management:

    • Record and update data related to DC inventory, conduct physical audits, and monitor power usage.
  5. Policies, Standards, and Guidelines:

    • Provide input into documents regarding safety, access, service requests, and standards.
  6. Project Installations:

    • Install and decommission hardware, maintain cabling and inventory records, and ensure installation standards are met.

What you can bring to the table:

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, customer-facing skills, knowledge of DC infrastructure, IT tools (Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow), and ITIL certification.

The role requires strategic planning and operational flexibility, with full-time onsite presence at the West London Data Centre. Some travel may be required to other locations.
