Our client is a global leader in logistics are seeking an Executive Assistant and Office & Facilities Manager to join their Insurance & Risk Management team in London. What you will do:
- Provide direct support to senior level executives and ad-hoc support to team members as required
- Manage day-to-day calendars of senior management
- Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, receptions, and conferences
- Prepare and review materials for meetings, town halls, off sites
- Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports for executives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive work environment
- Organise company events, meetings, conferences, implement office policies and procedures
What you will bring:
- Proven experience supporting senior level executives within a multinational company
- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating international travel arrangements
- Experience overseeing office operations including managing supplies and coordinating with vendors
- Strong experience drafting professional communications
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
