We're looking for an experienced Estate and Facilities Manager to oversee operations across a high-profile portfolio of retail, commercial, and residential properties in Central London. Based in a vibrant location, you'll work closely with on-site and central teams to deliver exceptional occupier experiences, operational excellence, and best-in-class facilities management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver outstanding customer service and facilities solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee hard and soft services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and supplier performance.
  • Drive cost efficiency by managing budgets, validating invoices, and monitoring expenditure.
  • Maintain accurate property documentation, implement operational improvements, and ensure emergency preparedness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, stakeholders, and service providers.

As the successful application you'll have an IOSH qualification and ideally a NEBOSH or IWFM membership. You'll be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering first class FM services across large scale or mixed-use developments previously including having set service charge budgets.
