About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Resident Host. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and high-quality living environment.
Working on 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, managing resident queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Experience: Greet and assist residents, providing excellent customer service and handling any enquiries or concerns promptly.
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community within the building by organising events and ensuring residents feel valued.
- Building Management: Conduct regular checks of communal areas, reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Parcel & Key Management: Handle parcel deliveries, key handovers, and access for contractors or service providers.
- Security & Safety: Ensure building security by monitoring access and responding to incidents in line with company policies.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, update resident information, and assist with tenancy documentation as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or property management role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and solve problems proactively.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using property management systems or booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high standard of service at all times.
