We deliver innovative, award-winning services to the public and private sectors and our mission is to make people and places the best they can be.This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership and management of site based building fabric technicians and specialist sub- contractors to complete planned and reactive maintenance works
- Manage end to end delivery of variation works for resident offices, exhibitions and events
- Ensure statutory compliance maintenance work is up to date at all times
- Manage budgets and report monthly on performance of expenditure versus budget
- Health and Safety management, ensuring working practices are carried out safely and teams are suitably trained
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- 10 years post qualification trade experience within a multi-disciplined demanding environment
- Fully conversant with all aspects of construction, carpentry and decorating works
- Good communication (both written and verbal) skills with ability to work under pressure whilst focused on best in class customer service
- Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering excellence in the facilities services environment tent in the use of IT including all MS office packages and CAFM Systems
- IOSH qualified
- A thorough understanding of all current regulations and statutory compliance
- Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering excellence in the facilities services environment
- Experience working in a heritage environment
