Facilities Administrator - London - 1 year FTC (rolling contract) We have a super role for a candidate who really enjoys supporting in a boutique environment and has a great attitude and is happy to muck in who is presently working in a facilities capacity. The role is an early start 7.30am - 3.30pm daily and the position is for a trusted member of the team to support with a variety of tasks. You also have the option of working 7.30 - 12.30 if preferred daily, five days onsite in this City based finance house. We are looking for a naturally helpful individual who is happy to take on any additional tasks as required and has a great work ethic. There is every opportunity the role will eventually convert to permanent for the right individual.Duties include:

  • Collect newspapers and distribute/scan
  • Daily: purchase milk, tea and sundries regularly for the office.
  • Collect post and parcels from post room, distribute accordingly
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors
  • Weekend work may happen around 6 to 8 times a year and overtime will be paid
  • Restock bottled water and keep meeting rooms clean throughout the day
  • Meeting room set up for meetings and work functions
  • Assistance at work functions
  • Assistance with set up of digital recording equipment for interviews
  • Order of Nespresso coffee pods
  • Dealing with confidential waste bags
  • Filling up of photocopiers
  • Paper and stationery ordering, monitoring of stationery use
  • Empty dishwasher, monitor throughout the day the cutlery usage
  • Assist with meeting to include help with name badges and meeting room set-up
  • Flower arranging
  • Stock taking of supplies
  • Help to move heavy items around the office
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy throughout the day
  • Make tea/coffee for meetings
  • Book in maintenance tests for fire extinguishers
  • Point of contact with office cleaners, provide feedback to senior boss of cleaning company
  • Binding of documents
